Step 1 – Initial Consultation ($125)

• 1-on-1 visit with a Nurse Practitioner
• Full medical evaluation
• Lab review (if required)
• Personalized treatment plan
• Prescription sent directly to the pharmacy

Step 2 – Medication (Paid to Pharmacy)

• No medication markup from our clinic
• Medication cost is determined by the pharmacy
• Pricing varies based on dosage and treatment plan

Step 3 – Follow-Up Visits ($50)

• Progress monitoring
• Dosage adjustments
• Side-effect management
• Ongoing coaching and support
